A Closer View of the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder

With more of a truck-style appearance in the beginning, the Pathfinder has undergone several rounds of upgrades and redesigns. Now in the fourth generation, the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder has been redesigned yet again to adopt a unibody appearance rather than the truck-based SUV style.

Mixed reviews have been given on the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder’s new look with testers in our consumer car review panel giving the exterior appearance an Average rating, with both positive and negative comments being voiced. The aggressive appearance of the front grille was appealing to our consumer car reviewers. Additionally, the integration of the headlights with the grille was also favorable. However, negatives reported about the exterior appearance include distaste for the shape and color proportions of the taillight as well as the plastic, lower bumper.  Also, the minivan-like appearance of the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder was disliked.
